S.I.L.E.N.T if you have no thing/good thing to say

Im a silent, almost speechless around people...but im not stupid to keep silent, sometime i felt that i dont really suit to join a conversation, sometime i think i ve no idea what to say and i dont want to interfere the thing which im not soo sure, sometime people talk funny things about other and they really enjoy doing that and im almost feel im doing the same sin by listening to those kind of conversation...i ve no intention to show my superiority by talking a lot and try to impress people and i really hate people who are like that... talk too much and doing nothing about it...we call it as "tau cakap saje, tapi buatnya xde"

sometime if i keep silent, i dont want to share what im thinking becoz it is meant only for me, i keep it to myself and try to rationalize what is good and what is bad...sometime we may make funny of ourselves by sharing something which is illogical and out of imagination, we should appreciate our imagination by giving yourself some moment of silent to think about it throughly

sometime people are trying to get someone attention by talking a lot and almost absurd things and sinfull, make other like you by talking bad thing about other people is the sins that you may commit...it is indeed to fun to make fun of other people but we are as a muslim must not say bad thing/something which may make the person who are you talk about feel sad and insulted if he know you are saying that to them....anything would be...Rasullulah SAW has forbid us not to say bad about other from his narration:

Prophet Muhammad  said :"Do you know what backbiting is?" They said, "God and His Messenger know best." He then said, "It is to say something about your brother that he would dislike." Someone asked him, "But what if what I say is true?" The Messenger of God  said, "If what you say about him is true, you are backbiting him, but if it is not true then you have slandered him." (Muslim)

hurm, from this hadith...we cant even talk something bad about other even if it is true...astagfirullah!!!

i also keep silent to think about something and sometime i keep silent to let other talk and share...a good listener will always stay silent and keep the other talking and you are more upper hand in a good relationship..people will appreciate you of your attentiveness to listen to other.

Salam,

Salman or Musalmane?? hehe =)

Yes, you are right..
"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day let him speak good or remain silent.” [Bukhari and Muslim]

From my understanding, we should speak good; but if we have nothing good to say, then we should be like the one who does not have the ability to speak – remaining silent is all that someone can do...

It is said that, “If speech is silver, then silence is gold.”.. am i right??

well, something came up this few days with my colleagues..more specifically, the non-Muslims colleagues..It's such a hard thing to swallow when they question about some stuffs regarding religion or easy to said, RACE..

Long story cut short, some of my colleagues have been declined a place for attachment due to the issue of the attachment place didn't accept non-Muslims..One of them did make a fuss about it through social network, implemented that the whole 1Malaysia thing is just a crap..

In my opinion, that's LIFE..Too much things to share but i think i better remain silent for now..It's such a sensitive issues to be discuss..

Sometimes when I'm talking, my words can't keep up with my thoughts. I wonder why we think faster than we speak.I believe it's probably so we can think twice..right??

Till here for now..
Sorry to bother you about this stuff, just want to know your thoughts.
Regards..

wasalam (^_^)

yes u can call me musalmane, eheh

Musalman in urdu means muslim...do you know that.

jazkklah for the sharing, alhamdullilah...thanks to Allah becoz u are able to understand me from your comment here...yess, we should remain silent if we have nothing good to say, if not we will tend to speak something irrelevant and useless..
we must aware that a muslim will be recorded for what have come out from his mouth by the malaikah...every word from our mouth will be written and we will be questioned of what we have said...hurm, what happen if we speak about something bad, we backbitting the others, indeed we will be responsibled on the thing we have said in the hereafter.

Abu Bakar As Siddiq used to put pabble on his tongue so that he might think before he talk, he will make sure his tongue will always speak about truth according to the guided thinking from AlQuran...we can see how the sahabah of Rasullulah SAW are very strict on their speech and really carefull about what they are going to say...

we can see how they really follow Rasullulah advice from a hadith:

"I asked the Messenger of God : Who is the best Muslim? The Messenger of God replied, "He is the one from whom Muslims are safe from the evil of his tongue and hands." (Muslim)

maSyaAllah, they really were...
i hope i can protect my tongue from hurting the other feeling...think before we talk and dont talk absurdly..

alhamdullilah. i almost agreed with all of your opinion..yes u re rite..being silence is like a gold becoz for me, silent can give some moment for you to think for yourself...you can rationalize about something complicated in silence...the power of thinking can solve so many thing when we are in silent moment, we will be more organized when we think in silent mode :)

im sorry to hear about the problem happening in ur batch...it must be hard for you to know that they are angry and unsatisfied about their attachment and cause them to think negatively about race and islam...you may feel uncomfortable maybe to be around them...avoid creating more tension between your batch then..yes indeed its such a sensitive issue kan..why there is such place which not accept non-muslim...

Allah has created our thought to be more wider than our ability to speak, Allah wanted us to think 1st before saying...

eheh, i remember about a course which i attendd before...a syeikh asking a brother to give a tazkirah after zhur for 7 minutes...it was a session around 9 am, so the brother basically will think very vigorously of what he need to give during the tazkirah for almost 4 hours and a half...yess he think a lot but eventually he will give tazkirah for only 7 minutess...yes,i can relate with your puzzlement why we tend to think faster than what we can talk...

medan fikir selalunya lebih besar daripada medan cakap...yes we shud always fikir masak2 sbelum cakap ape2 so that kita x tersalah cakap...
orang cakap, terlajak perahu boleh di undur, terlajak kata buruk padahnya...it is true, jgn menyesal kalu da cakap tanpa fikir dua kali...make sure ape nak dikatakan adalah perkara terbaik yg boleh kita sebutkan pada waktu tu...yg lain2 nya tawakal pada Allah ., speak the truth even if it is painfull...then you will be always guaranteed to be getting good benefit from it from Allah SWt

walahualam...
jzkklh, nice discussion for tonite :)

Salam,

I prefer Salman, it's better, hehe =)...I have no idea about that, thanks for your info...are u mix??

Alhamdulillah, I believe the issue will be resolve soon..Perhaps my colleagues will understand about it later..

You're from east coast right??
that company is Ain medicare, u know about it??(i harap u faham)..anyway, the company have reasons for doing that and i'm not taking any sides, it just that i feel that my colleagues should look through this matter clearly first before judging..and 1Malaysia is seriously nothing, it just an issue of politics and powers..Mainan politik mmg full with dirt kan?? =)

wow, about the brother tazkirah, good to know that he put efforts and deep thought about it just for 7 minutes tazkirah!! I hope you can do the same too, maybe not taking about 4 hours to think but surely you'll come up with a meaningful tazkirah ^_^...

The truth HURT but it makes us realize who we actually are by facing the truth and ACCEPT it with an open heart...

till here for now,
Regards

salam,

im not really mix...im purely Malay but my ancestor do have bloodline of arabic becoz my nenek's grandfather was a traveller from arabic doing his business in peninsula. it was long time ago (^^) hope u dont mind i share this... :)

yess i am from east coast, im from terengganu, and more spefically from setiu...thanks for asking :]
i love terengganu so much, for me terengganu is a place can give me tranquility... :)

im so concern that you must be from faculty of pharmacy rite if im not mistaken... :]

really great to know your existance in part of our society :)

regarding the issue of your batch, yes i do understand about the company requirement before accepting any people who work in their place, i know there might be something sacred they try to preserve as they are preparing muslim product rite, so they need worker who are understand islam so much...well, this is not an issue of 1Malaysia...it is an issue of religion out of the political agenda which promoted by our goverment...indeed the agenda is so dirty...they should be more universal in implenting any slogan or approach...
i dont think always be 1Malaysia in term of religion becoz religious view cannot be equalized frm other religion..islam is the supremest religion and no other religion supremer than islam.

inshallah, you colleagues will understand it later and there shud be no issue of 1Malaysia in the Ain medicare policies...its about the product which must be prepared by a true muslim, cant be people from other religion i guess

yess, i hope i can think much faster than my mouth can speak, so that i can be a good tool for islam to spread the da'wah...
ameen, may Allah open our heart and smoothen our tongue so that our speech can be used for islam and make easy for us muslim to return back our caliphate as a comeback world order, islam to be the supremest relgion with its system to rule the world to bring back the rahmatan lil alaamin

ameen, we need you, and true rijal of muslim to work out this entire agenda in making islam as the ustaziyatul alam...

inshallah

till here for now
